We are seeking highly qualified Firearms Instructors to conduct professional firearms training for law enforcement officers, security personnel, investigative staff, and specialized protective teams. Ideal candidates possess real-world operational experience, strong instructional ability, and appropriate firearms instructor certifications.

Instructors must be fully familiar with the platforms they teach and capable of managing live-fire ranges and dynamic weapons training safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach pistol, rifle, and platform-specific weapons skills
  • Instruct on marksmanship, weapons manipulation, reloads, malfunctions, movement, and use of cover
  • Safely run static and dynamic live-fire range sessions
  • Conduct qualifications and evaluations
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to students
  • Maintain strict adherence to all range safety protocols
  • Conduct safety briefings, equipment inspections, and pre-training checks
  • Assist with curriculum development and technical lesson plans
  • Document training results and complete required reporting
  • Maintain weapons, ammunition, and training gear accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Real-world operational firearms experience (law enforcement, military, or security)
  • Proven experience instructing firearms skills in a professional environment
  • Strong familiarity with pistol and rifle platforms used in training
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and safety management skills
  • Ability to work outdoors and indoors in dynamic training conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to training sites

Preferred Certifications

  • NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor
  • FBI or Federal LE firearms instructor certification
  • State Police / DCJS / POST Firearms Instructor
  • Military firearms instructor or SOF weapons instructor
  • UTM/SIMUNITION Instructor certification
  • Tactical Rifle/Pistol Instructor credentials
